MUSEUM SERVICES ASSOCIATE - TOURS
Dept/Division : Business Development / Ayala Museum
Location : Ayala Museum
Description of the Job :
The position directly reports to the Manager for Business Development and is tasked to assist the Manager in handling the Tours department. Specifically, the jobholder will perform the following tasks:
- Establish Tours Staff schedules and assignments in coordination with scheduled tours
- Observe and evaluate staff in the performance of their work, hiring and training Tours Assistants
- Develop and provide interpretive training for staff and volunteer docents
- Oversee and head front-of-house duties and handle guest inquiries
- Develop new programs, activities and projects in coordination with Education Department that will generate interest in the museum
- Assist in the marketing museum tours, programs and other services to museum visitors
- Perform other tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor
Selection Criteria :
- Graduate of Arts Management, Art History, History, Liberal Arts / Tourism / Art Education / Museum Studies / Management / Business Administration
- At least two years museum work experience with at least 1 year supervisory level or higher
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, multi tasking skills
- With good people skills, proactive, patient, organized, flexible, hard working

SENIOR DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE
Dept/Division : Ayala Technology Business Incubator (AYALA TBI) /

Description of the Job :
The position directly reports to the Senior Manager and is tasked to provide technical and staff support to Ayala TBI’s project activities and events. Specifically, the jobholder will perform the following tasks:
- Coordinate with Information Systems Department for network and internet connections
- Assist in troubleshooting and connectivity problems
- Update all Ayala TBI websites
- Handle information dissemination and production of collaterals
- Assist in planning and conceptualization for TBI events
- Handle logistical and technical requirements for TBI events
- Perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time
Selection Criteria :
- Graduate of any four-year course, with at least two years experience in related field

WRITER / EDITOR

Location : Filipinas Heritage Library
Description of the Job :
The position directly reports to the Manager of Ayala Memory and is tasked to oversee the production of Ayala Now and assist in the production of the Ayala Foundation, Inc. (AFI) Annual Report and AFI omnibus brochure. Specifically, the jobholder will perform the following tasks:
- Produce Ayala Now every two (2) months, and assist in the production of the Ayala Foundation annual report and omnibus brochure. Tasks include conceptualization, coordination, editing, proofreading, and printing supervision of these publications
- Assist Ayala Memory manager in research and writing tasks for various projects of FHL and AFI
- Assist Ayala Memory manager in various administrative tasks
- Assist in managing the Ayala daily news service monitoring project
- Perform miscellaneous editing tasks for Ayala Foundation and FHL internal publications
- Perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time
Selection Criteria :
- Graduate of Journalism, English, Creative Writing, Literature, Business Management, Economics, or other related courses
- At least two years related work experience
- Has working knowledge of publication production, design, and technical writing

DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE
Dept/Division : Youth Leadership Development Unit (YLDU) /

Description of the Job :
The position directly reports to the Manager for YLDU and is tasked to perform administrative functions. Specifically, the jobholder will perform the following tasks:
- Handle the general logistic concerns of the Youth Leadership Development Unit (YLDU)
- Maintain a database of the YLDU suppliers (i.e. food accommodation, transportation, etc.)
- Serve as property custodian
- Take charge of inventory, requisition, purchase, replenishment, distribution of materials/equipment relative to the needs and project cycle of YLDU
- Create a manual/guidebook for reimbursement, booking, travel arrangement, and event management
- Coordinate with consultants' flights and local transportation, and other needs that may arise
- Perform other duties that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor
Selection Criteria :
- Graduate of any business course
- With at least one year relevant work experience
- Has excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Has above average typing/clerical and people skills
- Can work under minimal supervision and willing to extend work hours when needed
- Detail and output-oriented, analytical, punctual, adaptable, disciplined and takes initiative
- With basic skills in computer software applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Description of the Job :
The position directly reports to the Senior Development Specialist for Support Services and is tasked to handle communications-related functions of the project. Specifically, the jobholder will perform the following tasks:
- Draft weekly/monthly e-bulletins and press releases
- Prepare slideshow presentations, FAQs, brochures, annual report, and other marketing/communication materials
- Assist in conceptualizing and implementing communications plans for GILAS
- Update and introduce enhancements to website
- Source out and maintain relations with best suppliers for collaterals
- Perform administrative functions
- Maintain networks and relationships with internal clients and suppliers
- Maintain filing and supplies systems for the support group
- Perform other tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor
Selection Criteria :
- Graduate of Communication Arts or Development Communication
- At least one year related working experience
- Excellent writing skills and people skills

Description of the Job :
The position directly reports to the Manager, GILAS and is tasked to provide fundraising and administrative support to GILAS fundraising activities. Specifically, the jobholder will perform the following tasks:
- Establish private sector donor directory per province/city and prepare proposals, correspondences and presentations for prospective donors and partners
- Coordinate, set and attend, when necessary, preliminary/coordination/post meetings with prospective donors and partners
- Prepare and submit monthly activity reports and input all prospect/donor call reports and required information with regard to program donor responsibilities
- Plan for private sector GILAS/GILAS Daily launch and provide assistance to special events relative to program/project responsibility
- Prepare ongoing and final Donation/Donor reports with regard to GILAS program
- Coordinate with Technical Team and the GILAS Manager pursuant to activity plan/s concerning certain cities/provinces
- Perform other duties that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor
Selection Criteria :
- Graduate of any course, preferably in Development Communication, Social or Community Development, or Business Management
- With at least one year work experience in documentation, institution building or stakeholder management
- Has above average skills in negotiation, research, coordination and office management
- With above average oral and written communication skills
- Possesses positive work ethics and well organized work system
