The Ayala Foundation 65th Anniversary Logo

  • June 26, 2026

For 65 years, Ayala Foundation has worked alongside communities, partners, and generations of Filipinos to create pathways to opportunity and help build thriving communities.

Inspired by the theme Build to Thrive, the Ayala Foundation 65th Anniversary logo celebrates the people, partnerships, and programs that have shaped the Foundation’s work over the past six and a half decades.

The anniversary logo was developed in partnership with the Lennon Group, a creative studio for social impact whose work is grounded in the belief that purpose and creativity can come together to make a meaningful difference. This shared perspective informed the development of a visual identity that celebrates not only Ayala Foundation’s history, but also the people, partnerships, and communities at the heart of its work. Bringing together symbols representing the Foundation’s key focus areas, the logo reflects distinct areas of impact that together form a unified expression of Ayala Foundation’s commitment to building thriving communities.

Dots: Community Development

The cluster of dots represents people – the center of every community.

Together, these circles symbolize participation, inclusion, and the power of collective action. They reflect Ayala Foundation’s belief that lasting progress is achieved when communities, institutions, and partners work toward shared goals.

Arcs: Arts and Culture

The sweeping arcs evoke movement, expression, and connection.

Representing arts and culture, they symbolize the stories, traditions, and creative expressions that shape Filipino identity and bring communities together across generations.

Compass: Leadership Development

Positioned at the heart of the logo, the compass symbolizes direction, purpose, and possibility. It represents the potential of young people to lead change and shape the future of their communities.

For generations, Ayala Foundation has invested in developing values-driven leaders who are equipped to navigate complexity, create solutions, and inspire others to act.

Triangles: Education

Inspired by sharpened pencil tips, the triangular forms symbolize learning, growth, and the pursuit of knowledge.

They reflect Ayala Foundation’s commitment to strengthening learning foundations, expanding access to quality education, and creating opportunities that enable individuals to reach their full potential.

Bars and Lines: Corporate Citizenship and Volunteerism

The bars and lines represent connection and participation.

Each line stands for the individuals and partners who contribute their time, skills, and resources through Ayala Foundation’s volunteerism initiatives.

Together, these elements form a unified symbol of Ayala Foundation’s vision of thriving communities. Each shape represents a different area of work, but all are interconnected—community development, arts and culture, leadership, education, and volunteerism working together to create opportunities and strengthen communities.

As we celebrate this milestone, the anniversary logo stands as a tribute to the communities, partners, volunteers, and donors who have helped build that legacy, and a reminder that the work of helping communities thrive continues.
