Three Ayala Foundation programs were recognized at the 2026 CSR Guild Awards of the League of Corporate Foundations (LCF), with one voted by peers as the Outstanding CSR Project in Disaster Resilience and two selected as finalists in their respective categories. The recognition reflects the Foundation’s continued commitment to build thriving communities through education, arts and culture, and disaster resilience.
This year’s CSR Guild Awards received a record number of nominations across all categories.
The winning Disaster Resilience initiative, Skills-Based Volunteerism in Cebu Disaster Response: Brigadang Ayala Relief & Rehabilitation Operations, mobilized professional expertise from across the Ayala Group to support communities recovering from the 2025 Cebu earthquake. The initiative brought together engineers, healthcare professionals, logistics specialists, financial literacy advocates, psychosocial support facilitators, and employee volunteers to complement immediate relief with longer-term recovery and resilience-building efforts. In total, the response mobilized 965 volunteers who contributed more than 8,600 volunteer hours in support of nearly 5,900 households across affected communities.
Education finalist CENTEX Digital Education – High Touch, High Tech (HTHT), helps to address the country’s learning crisis by combining differentiated instruction with adaptive digital learning via the Khan Academy Philippines platform. Implemented in public schools in Zambales, the program helped students double their mathematics scores within just 12 weeks while strengthening teachers’ capacity to personalize learning through coaching, professional learning communities, and the use of real-time classroom data.
Arts and Culture finalist Amorsolo: Chroma reimagined how museum audiences engage with the works of National Artist Fernando Amorsolo by pairing his masterpieces with multisensory and interactive experiences. Through accessibility tools for visitors with color vision deficiency, the exhibition invited audiences to explore art through new perspectives while fostering broader conversations on empathy, inclusion, and the restorative role of nature. From April to September 2025, the exhibition welcomed more than 21,000 visitors and reached over half a million people online.
Ayala Foundation also recognizes the many partners whose expertise and collaboration made these initiatives possible. For CENTEX Digital Education, the Foundation thanks the Department of Education, the local government of San Marcelino, Zambales, ACEN, Globe, Huawei, Khan Academy Philippines, the Learning Generation Initiative, and participating DepEd San Marcelino schools for advancing evidence-based approaches to improving learning outcomes.
For Amorsolo: Chroma, the Foundation is grateful to the private and institutional lenders, as well as BPI and Boysen Philippines, whose support helped make the exhibition a more inclusive and engaging museum experience.
For the Brigadang Ayala Relief & Rehabilitation Operations, the Foundation likewise extends its appreciation to TESDA; the local governments of Binabag and Bogo, Cebu; AMove, Anko, APMC, Ayala Cooperative, Ayala Land Estates, Ayala Malls U, BPI and BPI Direct BanKo, BPI-MS, CargoHaus/U-Freight, CORE & Premium RBG, GCash, Generika, Globe, Healthway, Isuzu, Makati Development Corporation, Seda Hotels, and SmartAID, for demonstrating how professional expertise and collaboration can strengthen community recovery and resilience.

This year, Ayala Foundation celebrates its 65th anniversary. For six and a half decades, the Foundation has worked with communities, government, civil society, and the private sector to build thriving communities through programs in community development, education, arts and culture, leadership development, and volunteerism.
